Recipe of the Month: Air Fryer Steak

If you have an air fryer, you will love this easy recipe! You just need a few spices and some steaks!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 sirloin steaks, 1 inch thick (1 ½ lbs. total)
  • Olive oil spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the spices in a small bowl.

  2. Spray the steak with olive oil and coat both sides with the spices.

  3. Preheat the air fryer so the basket gets hot. For a 1-inch steak, set air fryer to 400 F. Refer to the cook times and temperatures below.

  4. Finish with a pinch more of salt and black pepper.

  5. Let it rest, tented with foil for 5 minutes before slicing.

Medium: 12 minutes in air fryer and flip halfway.
Medium Rare: 10 minutes in air fryer and flip halfway.

Take meat out 5 degrees before doneness, as the meat temp will increase as it rests.

  • Rare: 125 F
  • Medium Rare: 135 F
  • Medium: 145 F
  • Medium Well: 155 F
  • Well: 160 F
