To learn more about our current incentives, click the links below. 

Effective Aug. 28, 2023, RNs will be offered up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for accepting a full-time position in a step-down unit at Aultman’s main campus. Part-time RNs will receive $10,000.

Effective Aug. 28, 2023, LPNs will be offered up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for accepting a full-time position in a step-down unit at Aultman’s main campus. Part-time LPNs will receive $5,000.

Effective Aug. 28, 2023, all newly hired MAs will be offered up to a $2,400 sign-on bonus.

RNs with at least 1 year of experience will be offered up to a $8,000 sign-on bonus for accepting a position in direct patient care.

Effective July 1, 2023, newly hired LPNs can earn up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. 

Medical technologists and medical lab technologists will be offered up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital, Aultman Orrville Hospital and Aultman Alliance Community Hospital laboratories.

Registered respiratory therapists with at least 1 year of experience  will be offered up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for accepting a position on rotating, afternoon or midnight shifts.

Surgical assistants will be offered up to a $8,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital operating room.

Surgical technologists will be offered up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital operating room.

State tested nurse aides will be offered up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus at Aultman Woodlawn.

Certified pharmacy technologists and trainees will be offered up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus at the Aultman Hospital pharmacy.

Certified phlebotomy techs that graduated from Aultman College will be offered up to a $900 sign-on bonus at Aultman Hospital.

A loan forgiveness payment will be made to new RN, LPN and RRT graduates (Fall 2022 and Spring 2023) who are hired in the following specific areas: Step-down, Medical-surgical, CCU, CVSICU, Post-acute (Woodlawn and Community Care Center), Aultman Alliance Senior Care Unit (LPN’s only) and Aultman Specialty Hospital. RNs and RRTs will receive $5,000 and LPNs will receive $4,000.

If you’re interested in participating in one of these programs, please contact the school providing the program you’re interested in to begin your enrollment process. It is important to note that there are limited spots available for each program.
