Registered nurses with at least 1 year of experience will be offered up to a $8,000 sign-on bonus in the following areas: Step-down, Medical-surgical, CCU, CVSICU and Post-acute (Woodlawn and Community Care Center).
Registered respiratory therapists with at least 1 year of experience will be offered up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for accepting a position on midnight shift.
Medical technologists and medical lab technologists with at least 3 years of experience will be offered up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital laboratory.
Surgical assistants with at least 3 years of experience will be offered up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital operating room.
Surgical technologists with at least 3 years of experience will be offered up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus in the Aultman Hospital operating room.
Central sterile processing technologists with at least 3 years of experience will be offered up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus at Aultman Hospital.
Licensed practical nurses with at least 2 years of experience will be offered up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus at Aultman Woodlawn.
State tested nurse aides will be offered up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus at Aultman Woodlawn.
Certified pharmacy technologists and trainees will be offered up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus at the Aultman Hospital pharmacy.
Certified medical assistants that graduated from Aultman College will be offered up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus at Aultman Hospital.
Certified phlebotomy techs that graduated from Aultman College will be offered up to a $900 sign-on bonus at Aultman Hospital.
A loan forgiveness payment will be made to new RN, LPN and RRT graduates (Spring and Summer 2022) who are hired in the following specific areas: Step-down, Medical-surgical, CCU, CVSICU, Post-acute (Woodlawn and Community Care Center), Aultman Alliance Senior Care Unit (LPN’s only) and Aultman Specialty Hospital. RNs and RRTs will receive $5,000 and LPNs will receive $4,000.
