Women’s Board Announces 2024 Angels on the Runway Theme and Co-Chairs
CANTON, Ohio (Oct. 2, 2024) – The Aultman Women’s Board announced today that Lynae Coon and Kelly Piero will co-chair this year's fashion show for a cause, the 2024 Angels on the Runway, taking place on Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Onesto Event Center in downtown Canton. This year's theme, "We Are Angels on the Runway," is meant to capture the unique strengths of individuals and the powerful impact that can be achieved when women come together.
Lynae Coon, who has served on the Aultman Women’s Board for three years, said, "The theme captures how we are all individuals with our own strengths, but together we are absolutely unstoppable. I hope that those in attendance walk away feeling a sense of strength, gratitude and renewed energy as we tell a story through words of affirmation."
Kelly Piero, also a board member for three years, said, "I’ve been inspired by the incredible support from the board members, who step up to take on committee roles and ensure the event’s success. This year, I hope attendees leave feeling proud of their own power and contributions, knowing that together, we can create an unrelenting force for good."
Guests are invited to wear black to keep the spotlight on the cause of the evening, which is to raise funds for the Women’s Board Compassionate Care Center. The event will feature a VIP ticket option that includes a pre-party, swag bag and priority seating. All tickets include access to an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres and desserts following the show.
There also will be a raffle with a grand prize of $2,500. Tickets are $50 each, and attendees do not need to be present to win.
