CANTON, Ohio (Aug. 30, 2023) – Aultman Hospital is currently seeking new volunteers to help support caregivers, patients and families.

Volunteers are fully trained and work in a variety of areas performing greeting, clerical and other assistance tasks. Aultman is currently seeking volunteers to help in the following areas: Breast Care Center, Aultman Deuble Heart & Vascular Hospital, pharmacy, emergency department, guest assistance and the mail room.

Volunteers need to commit a minimum of 50 hours of service per year. Background checks and health and safety checks are also required for all interested individuals.

The perks of volunteering include free parking in a covered lot, free cafeteria meals after four hours of service, an annual flu shot and flexible scheduling that works around other commitments.
