CANTON, Ohio (April 29, 2026) – For students who want to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives and give back to their community, Aultman Hospital is seeking volunteers for its summer student volunteer program.

Open to students ages 16 – 22, the program runs for eight weeks from June 8 – July 31. Volunteers serve in non-clinical roles that support patients, families and staff. They will gain valuable skills in professionalism, communication and reliability – skills that are useful in any future career. Students must commit to volunteering for four hours per week on the same day each week.

Applications for the summer student volunteer program are due by May 29, and with only 15 positions available, interested students should apply soon.
