Before You Arrive
Scheduling and Preregistration
These exams require an order from your physician. If you have a physician order, you can schedule or preregister for an exam by calling 330-363-6288, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
General Instructions
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for mammography and breast ultrasounds. If you are scheduled for a breast MRI, please report to the MRI department 30 minutes prior to your scheduled exam.
Plan to be in the Breast Care Center for approximately one hour for your mammogram— from the time of check-in until completion of your exam. If you are scheduled for multiple exams or a biopsy, please plan to be here for a few hours.
Please bring the following with you to the exam:
- Written order from your physician
- Complete list of your medications
- Photo ID
Parking
Patient parking is located at the intersection of Bedford Avenue and Sixth Street across from the Bedford building entrance of Aultman Hospital.
Directions to the Breast Care Center and MRI Department
The Breast Care Center is located on the main level of Aultman Hospital between the main building and the Bedford building. You will enter the doors of the Bedford building and proceed up the stairs or elevator to the main level, and then turn left to proceed past Seasons Café. The Breast Care Center will be directly ahead.
The MRI department is located in Imaging Services on the ground level of the main hospital building. From the main lobby, take the elevators located across from the information desk to the ground level (GL). When exiting the elevator, turn left and you will see the Imaging Services check-in desk. A patient care representative will assist you to the MRI department.
Hours
Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturday, 7 a.m.-12 p.m.
