I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and moved to United States when I was in high school. I have moved across the nation, relocating to a couple of different cities for school and career, which made my journey very exciting and full of surprises. I am enthusiastic about family medicine, its diverse practice in patient care and the ways the specialty connects me to people.

I love how the Aultman Family Medicine Residency Program is a close-knit community in which residents bond well and learn from each other. We also receive tons of support from our preceptors, who are very approachable and passionate about teaching and sharing their knowledge, which allows residents many opportunities to explore the field.

My hobbies are traveling, shopping and spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy eating and trying out different restaurants and cuisines, as well as cooking for other people. My perfect weekend night would be either trying a new restaurant or staying in and having a delicious homemade meal. My adorable pet cat Sushi has been my roommate since college. He has accompanied me through different stages of my journey from a pre-med student to medical school and then to residency now. I really look forward to the next three years at Aultman, my new home!
