I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and have had a lifelong interest in medicine. Inspired by the primary care doctors in my life, I pursued this through my honors Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto, as well as with volunteer work and research projects. I studied medicine at Saba University, where my clinical rotations reinforced my ambition to become a family physician.

These experiences showed me how rewarding the challenges, opportunities and relationships formed could be. This was especially true when I saw firsthand how family physicians worked with patients across the course of illnesses, lifetimes and even generations.

When I interviewed with Aultman, the dedication of the faculty, staff and residents was immediately apparent, as was the tight-knit community and amazing culture they had cultivated. It became my top choice for residency, and I was thrilled when I matched here. I knew the training opportunities and educational experiences offered at Aultman would help me become the type of physician I aspire to be. Outside of medicine, I love to hike, read history, cook, see films and travel.
