Bio:

I spent the first half of my life in Guyana and the second in Toronto, where I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before attending medical school at St. George’s University. I have always held a strong interest in family medicine – no other specialty has as much focus on continuity, nor as broad a scope of practice. The emphasis placed on preventative care is essential to helping people live their best lives. As I had no roots in the United States, my choice of residency program was based heavily on the training and the sense of community. Aultman stood out in both aspects. I was immediately drawn in by the care and dedication of the faculty in setting their residents up for success. The support and camaraderie that I found here have made me certain that when I graduate, I will be an excellent physician. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing D&D, discovering new fragrances and sharing my hobbies with others.
