CANTON, Ohio (Jan. 15, 2019) -- Aultman Hospital will celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a ceremony in the Bedford lobby on Monday, Jan. 21, at 11 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The ceremony will include music and performances honoring the legendary civil-rights leader, including a solo musical performance by Jamie Keys, a performance by The Dance Movement and an address by Pastor Daren Brake of The House of the Lord.

“Dr. King’s lasting legacy is an important reminder of the values of equality and acceptance, and we remember and honor that legacy for its transformative impact on our country’s history and culture,” said Lisa Johnson, diversity and inclusion director, Aultman.
