Aultman Health System to Cut the Ribbon on New AultWorks Occupational Medicine Center at Akron-Canton Airport on Feb. 20
CANTON, Ohio (Feb. 17, 2025) – In partnership with Akron-Canton Airport, Aultman Health System will be holding a ribbon-cutting event on its new AultWorks Occupational Medicine center at the airport at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, with the location opening to patients the following Monday, Feb. 24.
Located at 5400 Lauby Road NW in North Canton, the new AultWorks location will provide convenient access to drug screenings, fit testing, immunizations, virtual physicals, virtual workers’ compensation visits and other occupational medicine services for local businesses. When it opens on Feb. 24, the location’s hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. AultWorks also offers additional locations in Canton and Alliance.
“The Akron-Canton Airport is in a well-known, convenient location to service many different employers in the region, and that’s why we chose to open our newest occupational medicine center right on the airport campus,” said Anne Gunther, president, Aultman Hospital. “We look forward to helping community businesses maintain the health of their workforces and create a healthy environment for their employees.”
“The Akron-Canton Airport is committed to fostering strong partnerships that enhance our community and improve the overall experience for those who work, travel and do business here,” said Ren Camacho, president and CEO, Akron-Canton Airport. “Welcoming AultWorks allows us to provide a valuable service that supports local employers and enhances convenience for our stakeholders. This collaboration aligns with our mission to prioritize customer experience while further integrating essential resources into our airport environment.”
The ribbon cutting will be open to the public.
