Inspire Sleep Technology

A new technology for patients with obstructive sleep apnea.

If you have been diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and cannot use the CPAP machine, Inspire may be the solution for you!

Inspire -- an implanted device – moves the tongue forward by mildly stimulating the hypoglossal nerve. You will activate the device at night before going to sleep.

OSA patients may be eligible for this procedure if:

  • Cannot use or get consistent benefit from CPAP
  • Not significantly obese with a BMI less than 35
  • 18 years of age or older
