Aultman Specialty Pharmacy Services

We help you manage your medications so you can focus on your health.

Medications can be expensive and sometimes hard to manage. Aultman makes it easier for you by offering chronic disease management and specialty pharmacy services.  

As an Aultman patient, you will be assigned a pharmacy liaison who provides personalized, coordinated care to fit your needs. 

Your pharmacy liaison can:

  • Help get your medications covered and approved by your insurance.
  • Find financial assistance when co-pays are high.
  • Coordinate prescription refills and renewals.
  • Confirm if you want to pick up your medications or have them mailed to you.
  • Coordinate with the Aultman Pharmacy to have your medications ready.
  • Work with providers about your medication concerns.
  • Connect you with our clinical pharmacists to help handle any side effects and educate you about your medications.

The Aultman chronic disease management and specialty pharmacy services team will work with your care team in the clinic. You will be provided your team's phone number so you can reach them directly as needed, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
