Visiting or Touring the Birth Center
Birth Center Visitation
We welcome and encourage family and friends visiting new families after the birth of a newborn. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
All support persons and visitors need to be free of communicable diseases. If you have recently had a fever or rash, please notify the hospital personnel prior to entering a patient room.
We ask that only one support person accompanies mom in our obstetrics emergency department (OB ED), operating room and recovery room, as these are considered critical care areas.
Touring the Birth Center
It is recommended that you schedule your tour of the Aultman Birth Center after you have completed your childbirth education classes. We also strongly recommend scheduling your tour when you are in the third trimester of your pregnancy. To schedule your tour, please click the link below.
