Aultman is proud to support organizations in our service region helping to lead our community to improved health. Community partnerships are an integral part of our mission, and we appreciate organizations inviting Aultman to participate.

If you are seeking a financial or in-kind gift (volunteers, donations, etc.) from any company within Aultman Health System, please review the guidelines/process below.

All requests are reviewed by Aultman Health System’s Corporate Sponsorship Committee. Due to multiple requests received annually, Aultman is unable to fulfill every request. In order to support multiple requests and worthy causes across the communities we serve with limited funds, we ask that you submit one sponsorship, contribution or grant request annually. Thank you for your understanding.

Guidelines:  

All requests are reviewed based on the following guidelines:

• The requesting nonprofit/charitable/civic organization’s mission must align with Aultman’s nonprofit mission of leading our community to improved health.
• The requested program and/or event must benefit the communities served by Aultman Health System.
• The requested program and/or event must focus on wellness, human services, or health education and impact one of the community health needs priorities identified in the Aultman Hospital Community Health Needs Assessment. Those health priorities include access to healthcare, mental health services, heroin/opioid use, youth suicide, infant mortality, obesity and healthy lifestyle, and social determinants of health.

Sponsorship & Volunteer Requests:

• Requests must be submitted six weeks before the event/program. Capital campaign requests must be received a minimum of 12 months in advance for consideration.
• Requestors must submit documentation, including a formal letter of request, sent via email to corporatesponsorships@aultman.com.
  • Please include all details of your request, including sponsorship levels or packets with additional information outlining the specifics of the program and/or event.
  • Be sure to include how the requested support will impact wellness, human services, health education and the community health needs priorities listed above.
• If your organization is requesting volunteers for a program, you must provide the sign-up process and handle all coordination for Aultman colleagues to participate, in addition to the required information listed above. Aultman Health System is only responsible for promotion and communication of approved volunteer opportunities to our colleagues.
