I was born and raised in New Philadelphia, Ohio, only about 30 minutes south of Canton. I attended The Ohio State University for undergrad and obtained my Bachelor of Science in biology. I attended St. George's University School of Medicine and completed my preliminary year in internal medicine at State University of New York Upstate in Syracuse, New York. When my wife and I are not in the hospital (she is an Aultman emergency medicine resident), we enjoy going on hikes, adventuring and hanging out with our fat cat, Benny.
