Thank you for your interest in our ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program. We begin accepting audition rotation applications on March 1 of each year.

​To apply for an audition rotation, please complete the Audition Rotation Request Form along with your personal statement and return it via email to diane.little@aultman.org.

An audition rotation will only be granted if you are interested in an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency. We are looking for highly qualified candidates and require a one-page personal statement outlining your career goals and objectives in addition to the rotation request form.

Once you accept your rotation, a check made payable to Aultman Hospital in the amount of $150 is required. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned once you arrive for your rotation, or if you cancel with MORE THAN 30 days' notice prior to your scheduled start date. If you are unable to provide 30 days' notice for cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. (Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by the Program Director.) 

Housing

In an attempt to make your stay more convenient, we offer "dorm-style" housing for students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Aultman Hospital has set up a furnished four-bedroom house within walking distance of the hospital. We also have a furnished three-bedroom house a few miles away that is an easy drive to the hospital.

At each house, individuals will have their own bedroom with internet hook-up. Students will share a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Also provided are appliances, including a washer and dryer. The rent on a weekly basis is $100. Information will be sent once a rotation is confirmed.
