I chose Aultman Emergency Medicine residency because of the hospital's connection with community medicine, covering both urban and rural underserved populations. As a Level II Trauma Center, Aultman receives transfers from outside facilities, with opportunities to further stabilize patients within the responsibilities of emergency medicine. After rotating through Aultman as a medical student, I learned to enjoy both the patient populations and colleagues.
