I chose Aultman during my interview process. When I came to the facility, I was treated with kindness and respect, and I felt as if I was joining a family. In addition, I saw how happy the residents were, and I wanted to be a part of their community. The residents were also very knowledgeable and felt as if the training had prepared them and previous residents well for future patients and scenarios that would be seen in practice.
My favorite part about the program is how knowledgeable and respected the residents are among staff and to each other. I always feel as if I am part of a team and I’m here to help AND learn. Overall, I have had a fantastic learning experience so far and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.
