I chose Aultman for “community" in every sense of the word. The camaraderie amongst peers and the warmth of the program leadership was palpable on my interview day, and I immediately knew I wanted to be part of such a close-knit and supportive team.
From a clinical perspective, I was looking for a community emergency medicine program that would challenge me to independently manage the first few hours of any emergent condition. Aultman has a natural balance of a highly supportive culture and rigorous, hands-on training that will help me to become the emergency medicine doc I aspire to be.
