Canton Medical Education Foundation
Canton Medical Education Foundation is firmly committed to graduate medical education. Graduate medical education plays an integral role in providing high-quality patient care in a humanistic care environment. Integral to this commitment is the responsibility to provide the necessary clinical educational, administrative, financial and human resources to support graduate medical education.
The Canton Medical Education Foundation (CMEF) is a partnership between Aultman Health Foundation and Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. The aim is to produce programs that meet or exceed all accreditation requirements, and to include all elements of a competency-based experience with ample program, faculty and trainee outcome assessments.
CMEF is the sponsoring institution for the Internal Medicine Residency Program, the Cardiovascular Disease fellowship, and the Interventional Cardiology fellowship.
