I am originally from West Virginia, and I have lived in Sterling for the past 16 years.

When did you begin volunteering at Aultman Health Foundation?
I began volunteering at Aultman Orrville four months ago.

In what departments do you volunteer at Aultman Orrville Hospital?
I volunteer in Registration and assist throughout the lobby.

How did you decide to be a volunteer?
Too much free time! Honestly, though, I enjoy helping those who need assistance.

What do you like best about volunteering?
I feel great pride assisting patients with struggles, providing comfort and directing them to the correct department.

What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of volunteering?
I enjoy reading biographies, going to church and doing yardwork.

I am one of nine children. I have three children and five grandchildren.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that many of your friends do not know.
I served in the U.S. Army for two years and was stationed in Germany.
