Join the Fun With Aultman Generations
With autumn just around the corner, Aultman Generations has planned a full slate of events that will help you stay active and connect with others even as the weather turns cold.
Designed for community members ages 50 and older, Generations helps you stay healthy through activities, sports leagues and educational programs. According to the National Institute on Aging, getting the right amount of exercise and taking care of our mental health are among the factors that influence healthy aging.
“The goal of Aultman Generations is to help people remain physically, mentally and socially active,” said Aultman’s Joy Burch, who leads the program. “Connecting with others is beneficial to our health, and Generations events are designed to appeal to a wide variety of interests.”
Here’s a sampling of upcoming events for the remainder of 2024. Reserve your spot for each event by calling 330-363-6262.
