While your friends and family members are under our care, we know how important it is for you to be able to reach them - and how much it means to them. There are several ways you can get in touch with your loved ones while they’re at Aultman.

• By Phone: All patient rooms are equipped with a phone that can receive incoming calls directly. If you know the patient’s room number, you can simply call 330 -363 PLUS their four-digit room number. If the patient’s room number is only three-digits, just add a zero to the beginning. For example, if Mr. Smith is in room 319, just dial 330-363-0319 to reach his room directly.
  
  
• By Mail: Volunteers deliver and pick up patient mail each morning. Please address incoming mail with the patient’s full name, WITHOUT a room number, like this:

  Once a patient is discharged, all incoming mail will be forwarded to the address on their admission form. If the patient wishes it to be sent to a different address, simply inform the receptionist at the Information Desk in the lobby.

• By E-card: You can choose an electronic greeting to be delivered to inpatients at Aultman. We have a variety of e-cards to choose from, simply click here to get started! This service is at no charge to you. Simply choose the card you like, fill out the required information and submit! Volunteers will then deliver the personalized card.
