Generations: Staying “Healthier, Together”
The Aultman PrimeTime Seniors Program has been renamed Generations … Aultman Healthier Together Program.
“We wanted to rebrand the program to appeal to a younger audience while reinforcing our focus on keeping members active and healthy,” said Lisa Zellers, director of the Generations program. “Our seniors remain very important to us, but we’ve expanded program offerings to reach people as young as age 50.”
Educational classes are offered through Aultman College Corporate and Community Education (ACCE) and range from a computer overview to sessions on Microsoft Word and Excel, Pinterest and Facebook.
Wellness classes are popular among Generations members and include yoga, Zumba, strength training and cardio-fusion. The cost is $25 a month per class – or an all-access wellness pass for $55 a month. Click here for the wellness class schedule.
Generations offers bowling and golf leagues, day trips to Cleveland Indians games and other local attractions, and special events including an annual celebration for couples married 25 years or more.
Membership in the Generations program is free. Additional benefits include free noninvasive health screenings, discounts from The Shoppes at Aultman, complimentary notary service and more!
“I encourage all Aultman employees 50 and older to join Generations – and spread the word among your family and friends,” Lisa said. “Chances are good that you already know Generations program members.”
To receive a new membership card, call Generations at 330-363-6262, email generations@aultman.com or stop by the office located off the main hospital lobby by the Seventh Street entrance. “Generations is yet another way Aultman fulfills its mission to Lead Our Community to Improved Health,” Lisa explained. “We have a great Generations team. We are dedicated to helping Generations members stay active, keep learning and have fun.”
NOTE: AultCare’s PrimeTime Health Plan is not be affected by this name change.
