I chose the Aultman Emergency Medicine Residency Program because, when I rotated here as a student, I loved the variety of patient population our Emergency Department sees; this meant I would be able to do a lot of procedures. I also loved how the faculty was so easy to talk to and everyone seemed very down-to-earth.
What I love about our program is the people. Aultman Emergency Medicine has truly become my family, and that does not stop with my fellow residents. I am able to talk to my attendings, whether core faculty or not, at any time if needed. I feel so supported, and I love going to work because all my friends are there. Not only do I love the people from the program, but I love all our staff in the Emergency Department, including nursing, radiology, social work, medics, techs, registration, etc. Everyone is eager and willing to help you learn and succeed.
