I chose the Aultman Emergency Medicine Residency Program because I did an audition rotation here and was sad when my time here was over. The residents I worked with and met were all very down-to-earth, and I was excited for a chance to work with this team again. I appreciate that they make our educational conferences as fun and interactive as possible.
What I like about the Aultman Emergency Medicine Residency Program is that it is a small program that provides residents with a ton of patient, pathology and procedure exposure. I like that I can work one-on-one with attending physicians. There is no hierarchy or graded responsibility within the residency.
