MEDS Clinic
The goal of the Aultman Anticoagulation Clinic is to prevent patient hospitalization related to adverse effects of a nontherapeutic international normalized ratio (INR). Our clients will receive:
- Evaluation by a nurse and advanced practice nurse.
- Finger-stick procedure with immediate INR results.
- Warfarin adjustments at the time of visit.
- Education on anticoagulation therapy.
- LOVENOX® teaching.
To schedule an appointment, call 330-363-2514. You will need a signed, completed referral order sheet from your physician requesting “management of warfarin therapy.”
