Reiki Treatment

Reiki (“Ray-key”) is a simple hands-on technique, based on Japanese principles, where a practitioner can transfer “universal life energy” to the client, activating the natural healing process to encourage physical & emotional well-being. 

Who provides Reiki?

Reiki sessions are provided by a Reiki Practitioner trained in the Usui method. 

How Reiki Can Help:

Reiki supplements and complements medical treatments, but it is not a substitute for medical care. Reiki can help by:

  • Reducing stress & anxiety
  • Reducing pain: acute, chronic or post-surgical
  • Decreasing fight or flight response (sympathetic nervous system)
  • Accelerating the body’s healing process
  • Promoting relaxation & a sense of well-being 

What to Expect from Reiki

During a session, a Reiki Practitioner’s hands are placed lightly on or above the client utilizing different hand positions, typically held for a few minutes in each location. A session is usually an hour, although shorter 30-minute sessions are possible. 

Reiki sessions are by appointment only. 

  • 60-minute appointment - $60.
  • 30-minute appointment - $30.
  • Cash, check or major credit card accepted.
