Regional Cancer Center

The Regional Cancer Center opened in 2000 to provide cancer patients in Tuscarawas County with advanced technologies and treatment options close to home. Prior to 2000, patients traveled many miles outside of the community to receive daily cancer treatments. At the Regional Cancer Center, our goal is to provide a warm and friendly environment while utilizing the latest treatment technologies. Patients are provided exceptional care close to home.

Board-certified radiation oncologists oversee all aspects of clinical care. An individualized plan of care is developed for each patient, based on national cancer treatment guidelines. Licensed radiation therapists deliver high-quality radiation treatments while providing emotional support and addressing specific patient needs. Medical physicists and dosimetrists work behind the scenes to ensure maximum treatment safety and accuracy.

Patients are referred to Regional Cancer Center by their physicians. A consult by a radiation oncologist at RCC will result in patients having an increased knowledge of their disease and treatment options. Radiation oncologists work closely with medical oncologists, surgeons, primary care physicians and specialists to ensure patients receive comprehensive care for their disease process.

The staff and administration at Regional Cancer Center are pleased to provide current and high-quality cancer care, close to home. For more information, please call 330.364.8959.
