Visiting Hours

In order to help provide a peaceful environment for our patients, we observe quiet hours daily from 1-2 p.m. and each night between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. We ask that noise and visitors are limited to allow our patients to rest. Our staff will help contribute to this positive healing environment by dimming lights, lowering the volume of their pagers and phones and limiting conversations to the nurse's station whenever possible.

If you are unable to visit during the scheduled times, other arrangements can be made by contacting the charge nurse on the unit you're visiting.

Suggestions for a thoughtful visit:

  • Limit visitors to two at a time.
  • Make visits brief.
  • Check with a patient before visiting.
  • Avoid visits if you are ill.
  • Step out of the room if requested.
  • Designate one family spokesperson for concerns or questions.
  • During flu season, we have restricted visitation policies. Please click here for more information.
