An observed behavior change is a successful behavior change! This interactive presentation will provide details on how to track your health with a few mobile applications on an Apple or Android mobile phone - specifically, the Apple Health App, My Fitness Pal, Map My Run, Fitness Point and Sleep Better. With these apps, participants will learn how to track their diet, exercise and sleep. Using any one - or a combination - of these apps will aid in a better understanding of diet and fitness needs, and serves as a giant step to a healthier lifestyle.
